Therapy is a private, non-judgmental space where you can explore what you’re feeling, understand your patterns, and begin healing – one step at a time.
2. Who do you work with?
I work with teens (14+), young adults, parents, and couples – especially those navigating emotional overwhelm, family stress, or relationship struggles.
3. Do you only offer online sessions?
Yes. I offer 100% online therapy so you can talk from wherever you feel safe and comfortable.
4. What languages do you speak in therapy?
Currently, I offer sessions in English and Hindi.
5. How long is each session?
Each therapy session is 1 hour long.
6. What is the cost of therapy with you?
All sessions are priced at ₹500. Any future changes in pricing will be updated on our website.
7. How do I book a session?
You can book directly through the “Book Appointment” page. Next, choose your preferred session format (video, phone, or chat), pick a date and time, and make the payment. Lastly, after that, you’ll fill a short intake form to complete your booking.
8. Do you offer therapy via WhatsApp or text?
Yes. I offer chat-based therapy through secure platforms. You’ll choose this while booking.
9. Is therapy confidential?
Absolutely. Everything you share stays between us. I follow strict privacy and ethical guidelines.
10. What happens in the first session?
We’ll get to know each other. You can share what’s been bothering you, and I’ll guide us gently through what might help going forward.
11. Will you give me advice?
Not the kind you get from relatives. I won’t tell you what to do – I’ll help you understand yourself so you can decide what feels right.
12. Can I come for just one session?
Yes. Many people begin with one session and decide after that. No pressure to commit.
13. Do you offer therapy for couples or families together?
Yes. I work with both couples and individual family members, depending on what support is needed.
14. What if I cry or break down?
It’s okay. Really. You’re allowed to feel, fall apart, and be human here.
15. Do you offer therapy for school or college students?
Yes. I regularly support students with exam pressure, parental stress, loneliness, and self-doubt.
16. Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, but please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel after that or miss the session, the fee is non-refundable.
17. How do I pay for sessions?
Payment confirms your slot temporarily – but your appointment will be fully confirmed only after you complete the Client Intake Form, which you’ll be redirected to right after payment. It takes about 10–15 minutes and helps me prepare for your session with care.

19. What happens after I make the payment?
After you pay, you’ll be taken to a Client Intake Form.
It will ask you for your name, age, preferred pronouns, and what you’re struggling with.
Once you submit the form, your appointment will be confirmed.
20. Is the payment refundable if I don’t attend the session?
No. The payment is non-refundable if you don’t show up or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. This helps protect time and space for other clients too.
