Because your story deserves safety – not surveillance.

At Find Yourself Again, your privacy isn’t just respected – it’s protected. This page explains how we handle your personal information with care, professionalism, and complete confidentiality.

1. What We Collect – and Why

We only collect the information we absolutely need to help you:

  • Your name, email, phone number, age, and location
  • Responses to intake and mood test forms
  • Notes taken during or after sessions
  • Session history, preferences, and communication records

All of this is used only for your therapy, never for advertising, and never sold to anyone.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

  • Schedule and manage therapy sessions
  • Understand your concerns and provide effective care
  • Maintain ethical records (required by mental health laws)
We never sell, rent, or misuse your data. Ever.

3. Your Sessions Stay Private

Everything you share during your sessions is completely confidential.
The only exceptions – by law – are if:

  • You are at risk of harming yourself or someone else
  • There is any disclosure of abuse involving a minor or vulnerable person
In those rare cases, we are required to step in to keep people safe.

4. Online Forms & Data Storage

Only the therapist handling your case has access to your information.
We store your data on secure, password-protected platforms with encryption.

Intake forms and mood tests are protected with SSL encryption

Access is restricted to your therapist only

We never use your data for anything outside of therapy

5. Payments & Scheduling

We may use trusted services (like Razorpay, Calendly, or Google Calendar) to process your payments or schedule your sessions.
These services are secure – and we do not store your card or payment details on our website.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Like most websites, we may use cookies to understand how people find us – and to improve your experience.
If you’d prefer not to be tracked, you can clear or block cookies through your browser settings.

7. You’re in Control of Your Data

Under Indian data protection standards, at any time, you can:

  • You may request to see your records at any time
  • You may ask for corrections
  • You may request data deletion unless legally required for retention
Just email us directly – we’ll always honour your request, unless there’s a legal reason not to.

8. Disclaimer

While we use every reasonable safeguard, no online system is 100% hack-proof. By using this site, you accept this minimal risk.
